(Search for properties, get property updates, get updates of sold properties).  The listings on my website are the most accurate and up-to-date information available.  The information comes directly form the New Jersey MLS and the Garden State MLS.  Better than the large public website, without the advertisements.
• My first meeting with you is best in my office.  Learning about your needs, and making a game plan to insure finding the right home for you.  Running to see properties without a plan… never works.
• I offer a low pressure, personalized approach that is always tailored to your needs.
• We work at your pace. As fast or as slow as you want to go.
• When you are ready, we will view properties until we find the perfect home.   
• I will offer knowledgeable advice in all real estate matters,
• When we find the home you love, my job is not over.
•  I will give you a detailed comparative market analysis (CMA), to help determine your offer.
• Write up and present the offer,
• Help with negotiating the sales price,
• Help with choosing your attorney, mortgage expert, and inspector.
